Suitable for:
Adults, children (above 3 years old), elderly, vegetarians (meat not required)
Cooking instructions:
Blanch the meat (pork ribs/ chicken meat/ lean meat), place all the ingredients into the pot, add 3L water and boil it, turn to medium-low heat and cook for 90 mins, add a pinch of salt to enhance the taste.
** For vegetarians, suggested using raw cashew to replace the meat.
Storage condition:
Keep in the fridge or store in a cool and dry place
Friendly Reminder:
The product is derived from natural herbs without any preservatives, although it has been dried and sun-dried, there is a higher chance that it will get mouldy if it is not stored properly. It is always recommended to store it in the refrigerator.

将鸡骨或排骨穿烫,加入2.5L水,连同底料加入锅内,烧开后转小火烹煮约1至2小时,加入盐调味。备注:素食者能用生腰豆取代肉类

保质期: 存放于冰箱 (0 - 8°C) 可保存1年。
