Suitable for:
Adults, children (above 5 years old), elderly, vegetarians (meat not required)
Cooking instructions:
Soak the white fungus for 15 mins; blanch the meat (pork ribs/ chicken meat/ lean meat), place all the ingredients into the pot, add 2L water and boil it, turn to medium-low heat and cook for 90 mins, add the white fungus at last.
Add a pinch of salt to enhance the taste.
** For vegetarians, suggested to use corn / raw cashew / red carrot to replace the meat.

Keep in the fridge or store in a cool and dry place
