Suitable for:  

Adults, children (above 5 years old), elderly, vegetarians (meat not required)


Cooking instructions:

Soak the white fungus for 15 mins; blanch the meat (pork ribs/ chicken meat/ lean meat),  place all the ingredients into the pot, add 2L water and boil it,  turn to medium-low heat and cook for 90 mins, add the white fungus at last. 

Add a pinch of salt to enhance the taste. 

** For vegetarians, suggested to use corn / raw cashew / red carrot to replace the meat.


Storage condition

Keep in the fridge or store in a cool and dry place

【煲汤】先将银耳用温水浸泡15分钟,滤干水待用。把鸡肉/排骨/瘦肉川烫,加入2L水和汤料,烧开转小火烹煮90分钟。最后倒入银耳,加入适量盐或调味料,再煮约15分钟即可。

 

贮存提醒存放于冰箱为最佳或通风阴凉处。

 

温馨提醒产品由于源自天然草药,天然生长,无熏硫磺,虽然经过烘干和晒干处理,但还是可能出现蛀虫。如果购买后没有立即食用,建议存放在冰箱。
