Description:

Preparation:
1. Pour hot water into the thermal flask, and pre-heat for 10 minutes.
2. Pour off the hot water.
3. Pour in the ingredients (including goji berry, longan and rock sugar).
4. Add hot water (100°C) into the thermal flask until it is 80% full (nearly 400ml of hot water).
5. Close the lid securely, and leave the ingredients to simmer for at least 1 hours.
6. Pour out the dessert, add in the osmanthus and serve. May add fresh milk or plant-based milk to enhance the taste.

Gentle Reminder:
The product is derived from natural herbs without any preservatives, although it has been dried and sun-dried, there is a higher chance that it will get moldy if it is not stored properly. It is always recommended to store it in the refrigerator.

准备的方法:
1. 先将热水倒入保温杯,预热 10分钟。
2. 把热水倒掉。
3. 倒入所有食材 (包括枸杞,桂圆和冰糖)。
4. 往保温壶里倒入热水 (100℃)至8分满 (约400ml的水量)。
5. 盖紧瓶盖,焖泡至少1个小时。
6. 把甜汤倒出,加入桂花拌匀,即可食用 (也能加入适量的鲜奶/植物奶提味)。
