Suitable for:  

Adults, children (above 7 years old), elderly, vegetarians (meat not required)

Cooking instructions:

Blanch the meat (pork ribs/ chicken meat/ lean meat),  place all the ingredients into the pot, add 2L water and boil it,  turn to medium-low heat and cook for 90 mins, add a pinch of salt to enhance the taste. 

** For vegetarians, suggested using raw cashew to replace the meat.

Storage condition: 

Keep in the fridge or store in a cool and dry place

The product is derived from natural herbs without any preservatives, although it has been dried and sun-dried, there is a higher chance that it will get mouldy if it is not stored properly. It is always recommended to store it in the refrigerator.
